You're Invited to Participate in the 2023 Cancer Caregivers Survey

10/31/2023

Have you taken care of someone diagnosed with cancer? We would love to hear from you.

Georgia CORE is partnering with Master's level students from the Rollins School of Public Health - Emory University to assess the needs of Georgia's cancer caregivers.

We aim to understand the experiences and obstacles faced by caregivers of cancer survivors. This 15 to 20-minute survey covers aspects of caregiving, emotional well-being, and available resources.

Just so you know, your recorded responses will remain confidential. All feedback received is extremely important in helping improve support and resources for caregivers. Participation is entirely voluntary and you can skip any question or withdraw at any time. Thank you for your participation. We value your time and effort.

If you need assistance with this survey, please contact Katreena Davis at kdavis@georgiacore.org.
