Northside Hospital Cancer Institute Survivor Retreat

NHCI Survivor Retreat is a weekend retreat from November 8th -10th that is offered at no cost to NHCI patients. The focus of the retreat is the personal journey of survivors who have completed their primary cancer treatment and are in their first year post-treatment. The retreat has a facilitated program that offers time for discussion and planned activities in a comfortable setting (e.g., discussion groups, nature walking, art, etc.). Applications are being accepted until September 12th. Please post the attached flyer.
