Join us for TurningPoint’s Third Annual Walk in The Park Event!
Come join Allison Brazelton, TurningPoint physical therapist and develop a walking program individualized to you. In this "walk and learn" style class, we will review how to measure your heart rate, determine the intensity of your workout, and discuss strategies to meet exercise goals for a healthier, happier you. Please plan to dress for the weather and wear your walking shoes as we will put our learning into action!
** IMPORTANT: To protect all of our participants, we strongly prefer only those who have been fully vaccinated join us for ‘in-person’. At maximum, we can only take 10 in-person people. We will also be offering this class virtually in order to accommodate EVERYONE! Thank you for your understanding. When you register, please indicate whether you are opting for virtual or in-person. First 10 to register for in-person will receive a follow-up email with further instructions including walking location. The location is close to TurningPoint.
