BPSOS Annual Community Health Fair

10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

5495 Jimmy Carter Blvd
Norcross, GA 30093
United States

We host our annual health fair in order to provide and connect available health care services to the under-served community, raise awareness, and increase prevention in regards to chronic health diseases among the Georgian communities.  And we are proud to celebrate and continue our effort in serving the community this year.   Due to the growing needs in our community, we will be hosting two health fairs. The fairs will be held on Saturday, September 22 in Norcross, GA and Saturday, October 6 in Morrow, GA. We aim to promote healthy lifestyles and maintain family wellness by bridging and informing the local communities of the surrounding available resources, from: * free health screenings * Food Stamps/Medicaid applications assistance * free flu shots * mammogram referrals * a Kid Zone to promote fitness among youths * family wellness & preparedness * domestic violence awareness & intervention workshops, and many more
