Jack and Jill Late Stage Cancer Foundation

JAJF’s mission is “Treating families to WOW! Experiences®, giving children who will lose their Mom or Dad to cancer a timeout to create indispensable memories as a family… while they can”. Referral Process and Eligibility Requirements: WOW! Experience program referral families must meet all eligibility requirements below before the Oncologist can submit the referral/prescription. All families must: - Be referred directly from their treating oncologists - Have late stage limited life expectancy cancer - Have at least one child age between the ages of three (3) and eighteen (18) – Only one child must meet the age requirement; - The spirit of the foundation is to focus on the children living in the household (generally 18 and under). - Have a life expectancy more than three (3) months - Must be cleared for travel by treating Oncologist - Have not participated in an any adult dream, wish, or any other similar program

Jay's HOPE 4 Kids With Cancer

The mission of Jay's HOPE is to improve the quality of life of children with cancer and their families in Georgia by extending HOPE through emotional, spiritual, social, educational and financial support. The Bowen Story Fund is part of Jay's HOPE 4 Kids With Cancer. The Bowen Story Fund is dedicated to enhancing the lives of the families of pediatric cancer patients by providing help, care and support during emergency hospitalizations and long-term stays. The Fund offers meals, gas cards, and temporary lodging assistance to families who are receiving cancer treatment more than 50 miles away from their home, primarily concentrating on families at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
