As Georgia CORE's Research Data Analyst, Kaylan supports the state's hub for the National Cancer Institute's National Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) through data analysis, multi-site trial operations, and research workforce development. When she's not advancing access to clinical research across Georgia, Kaylan enjoys weightlifting and spending time with her son.

With nearly a decade of experience in oncology clinical research, Kaylan specializes in oncology clinical trials, with deep expertise in cooperative group trial infrastructure, site feasibility assessment, and protocol and regulatory management. She has served as a clinical research project manager, coordinating trials across Georgia and South Carolina affiliate sites and managing operations spanning IRB workflows, GCP compliance, and site monitoring. She began her career at Emory University, where she built a foundation in multi-site trial coordination that has grown into a decade-long commitment to expanding cancer research across the state.

Kaylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University.
