With a quarter century of finance and operations experience, Erika Berrien brings to Georgia CORE her expertise in managing the financial health and technical infrastructure of complex organizations. She specializes in bridging the gap between high-level capital allocation and day-to-day operational efficiency, ensuring that all talent and tech assets and physical infrastructure align. Erika is an expert at managing botanical health, too, as she has more than 60 ornamental plants in her home!
As finance and operations director, Erika will drive and manage financial strategy, planning, and forecasting, including grants compliance. She’ll also serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, shaping organizational priorities.
Previously Erika led the financial oversight and strategic infrastructure of ChangeLab Solutions, a nonprofit organization that uses the tools of law and policy to advance health equity and prior to that, provided similar support for multiple organizations as a finance and operations management consultant.
She holds a BBA in Accounting from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama.
