Advocate of small and minority businesses in their relationship with federal, state, and local governments, lending institutions, and potential purchasers of goods and services.

Supervised audit of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida under contract to Office of Inspector General, Health and Human Services. Supervised audit of the State of Georgia Department of Natural Resources programs funded by the U.S. Department of the Interior. Performed numerous audits of construction grants for the Federal governments’ various offices of inspector general.

Supervised audits of Job Corp Centers under contract to the U.S. Department of Labor Inspector General. Participated in the authorship of the Inspector General’s audit guide for these audits. Performed numerous audits of construction grants for the Environmental Protection Agency.
