Developed management, ADP, and accounting systems for small and minority businesses under contract with the Department of Commerce. Coordinated all services to businesses in or applying to the Small Business Administration’s 8 (a) program. Advocate of small and minority businesses in their relationship with federal, state, and local governments, lending institutions, and potential purchasers of goods and services.

Local Certified Public Accounting Firm 1980-1982
Supervised audit of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida under contract to Office of Inspector General, Health and Human Services. Supervised audit of the State of Georgia Department of Natural Resources programs funded by the U.S. Department of the Interior. Performed numerous audits of construction grants for the Federal governments’ various offices of inspector general.

Regional Certified Public Accounting Firm 1977-1980
Supervised audits of Job Corp Centers under contract to the U.S. Department of Labor Inspector General. Participated in the authorship of the Inspector General’s audit guide for these audits. Performed numerous audits of construction grants for the Environmental Protection Agency.
