Collaboration Opportunities
Georgia CORE co-leads Georgia NCORP, part of the National Cancer Institute's Nationwide Community Oncology Research Program. The collaboration connects physicians, hospitals, and research sites across the state to bring treatment, prevention, cancer control, and care delivery studies closer to more Georgians. Through this statewide network, providers and investigators can collaborate on nationally supported research, expand access in their communities, and help more Georgians participate in clinical trials closer to home.

Georgia Cancer Trial Finders gives oncologists, nurses, patient navigators, and research teams a centralized resource for identifying clinical trials available across Georgia. By making current study information, patient education, and navigator support easier to access, the program helps providers guide more people toward research opportunities that may be right for them.

Georgia CORE works with healthcare providers, academic institutions, nonprofits, and other organizations to bring new clinical trial opportunities to Georgia. The Georgia Blood Cancer Trials Network is one example of this collaborative approach, connecting Winship Cancer Institute with community-based health systems to expand access to investigational therapies across the state.
