General Disclaimer

GeorgiaCancerInfo.org was designed as an informational resource and should not be used for diagnosing or treatment of a health problem or a disease or as a substitute for medical care. Neither GeorgiaCancerInfo.org nor Georgia CORE render medical advice; users of the website are urged to consult with a qualified physician for diagnosis and for answers to their personal medical questions.

Disclaimer of Endorsement

GeorgiaCancerInfo.org provides links to external websites for informational purposes and the convenience of its users. When users select a link to an external website, they are leaving GeorgiaCancerInfo.org and are subject to the privacy and security policies of the owners/sponsors of that site. Neither GeorgiaCancerInfo.org nor Georgia CORE control or guarantee the accuracy, currency, relevance or completeness of information found on linked, external websites.

Funding Sources

GeorgiaCancerInfo.org was made possible through the generous financial support of several sponsors. While all members of Georgia CORE’s research network are offered the opportunity to be a sponsor, only select organizations have chosen to provide funding to support the development and dissemination of GeorgiaCancerInfo.org. Sponsors do not influence website content; however, they do derive exposure on the site through rotating profiles on the homepage as well as a logo and link to their website on the sponsor and partner page. Since sponsors do not influence site content and all network affiliates are offered the opportunity to sponsor GeorgiaCancerInfo.org, there is no conflict of interest.

Advertising Policies

GeorgiaCancerInfo.org does not host any form of advertisement.
