Thomas E. Seay, MD, PhD Lectureship

The Thomas E. Seay, MD, PhD annual lecture is designed to promote improvements in treatment, research, quality and collaboration in Georgia – each representing an area of great importance to Dr. Seay.

Typically held each August during the GASCO Annual Meeting, lectures have featured:

2018: Dr. Otis Brawley, Chief Medical and Scientific Officer and Executive Vice President of the American Cancer Society

2017: Wendell F. Rosse, MD, Professor Emeritus, Duke University

2016: Douglas B. Evans, MD, Donald C. Ausman Family Foundation Professor of Surgery and Chair of the Department of Surgery at The Medical College of Wisconsin.
