This activity is designed to increase awareness of health disparities for clinicians treating patients with hematologic malignancies from diverse backgrounds and provide strategies for overcoming barriers to equitable care. A multidisciplinary panel will provide a comprehensive review of specific issues that affect patients with hematologic malignancies, including guidance for community practice, clinical strategies to address disparities, healthcare policies, and patient access considerations.
