In an effort to give you the best possible service, we would be grateful if you could take a few minutes of your time to answer a few questions.
We at Georgia CORE are in awe of the extraordinary commitment to excellence in patient care demonstrated by members of the cancer care team amid the COVID-19 crisis. Please accept our gratitude for your service.
It’s natural that we may be less attentive to personal health and well-being in the face of increased demands, stress and uncertainty. Yet we know that self-awareness and self-care are vital to our health and resilience as individuals and caregivers. So, we’ve designed a meditation and mindfulness series to amplify support and encouragement among the cancer care team. In 20 minutes once a week, we’ll share a vital opportunity for meditation for ourselves, our patients and our healthcare system. There will be seven sessions based on the themes of self-awareness, mindfulness, compassion, forgiveness, peace, love and joy.
Beginning April 9, you are invited to join us every Thursday at 9:00am – no registration is needed. We will join together via Facebook Live on our page. You may also access the seven sessions after they are recorded anytime on our Facebook page at your convenience.
