Piedmont Henry Hospital

The Henry Medical Center is accredited by the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons as a Community Hospital Cancer Program. The center is also accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR). The Henry Medical Center’s cancer program is comprised of medical oncologists, surgeons and radiation oncologists. The physician staff at the radiation oncology services have interest and expertise in the treatment of prostate, breast, gynecologic and head/neck cancers. The center features the following technology : Elekta Synergy which is a linear accelerator for the delivery of radiation therapy for the treatment of cancer; the Philips Pinnacle treatment planning computer that allows treatment plan customization; and electronic medical records.
