Eminence Physical Therapy, LLC is a cash-based physical therapy practice specializing in one-on-one care for cancer rehabilitation and lymphedema treatment. When receiving treatment for cancer or lymphedema, having to attend numerous appointments can be a taxing effort as well as extremely time consuming. Why travel to crowded clinics, have long wait times, or split the amount of time spent with your therapist due to being double-booked when you can receive exceptional care by a doctor in the privacy of your own home or with a private in-clinic appointment!

We are physicians board-certified in rehabilitation medicine who care for patients with cancer. We see patients any time after their cancer diagnosis. We can help you prepare for upcoming chemotherapy, surgery and radiation. We can help you recover from neurologic and musculoskeletal aftereffects of these treatments. Based on your goals, we will work together to develop a personalized rehabilitation plan. The plan may include a personalized therapy prescription, exercise prescription, medications, injections to treat pain, and assistive devices for mobility. Conditions we treat: Muscle spasms, joint pain or stiffness, numbness, tingling; lymphedema; fatigue; pelvic pain; bowel, bladder control; balance, mobility changes; reduced strength and endurance. We also offer telehealth appointments. Referrals may be faxed to 404-251-5391.
