New survivorship materials available

Georgia CORE

Georgia CORE conducted a survey in recent years of more than 800 of Georgia's cancer survivors. The first statewide survey of its kind revealed a wide range of their struggles. In response, we developed materials cataloging resources to address these unmet needs.

Click on the brochures below to discover content describing needs that are PhysicalPracticalEmotionalSpiritual.

These materials have also been made into printed brochures. Please let us know if you'd like printed copies by submitting a request here. Click here to share these with a friend via email.
