Floyd Medical Center

The Floyd Medical Center is accredited by the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons as a Community Hospital Cancer Program. The Breast Center at Floyd Medical Center is accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR). The following diagnostic services are offered: computed tomography scanning (CT scan), mammography, magnetic resonance imaging, nuclear medicine and stereotactic breast biopsy. The cancer team includes a cancer committee of physicians and cancer professionals, certified oncology nurses and cancer registry.
